Triple-Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
- 6oz fine-quality bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 2oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1.5 sticks (0.75 C) unsalted butter
- 1.5c sugar
- 4 t vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 t salt
- 1 C flour
- 1 C semisweet chocolate chips
- 0.5 C seedless jam nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350
- In a double-boiler or equivalent, melt the chocolate with the butter. When smooth, remove from heat and allow to cool
- Stir in the sugar vanilla and eggs, stirring well
- Stir in the salt and flour to combine
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Pour into a 13x9 pan
- Drizzle the jam evenly across the surface of the mixture. Add nuts if desired
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until a tester shows the brownies are finished
