Tea

I always get this wrong, so here it is.

Ingredients

• Water (1 kettle)
• Tea (1 heaping t)

Instructions

1. Boil 1 kettle water
2. Place 1 heaping tsp tea in sock
3. Pour boiling water over sock
4. Steep 5m (see Mac OS X Tea Timer)
5. Remove tea sock, serve and/or cover with tea cosy
