Recipe:Grilled Salmon and Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 1lb salmon fillet
  • 1T Asian sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1T fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 bok choy, halved
  • 5T sake
  • 0.25C soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Make a box for the salmon out of tin foil, and add the fish
  2. Rub with sesame oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger. Cover with bok choy, drizzle with soy sauce and sake, and seal.
  3. Grill on medium-high, until salmon is opaque -- something like 25 minutes.
  4. Open foil to release steam, and let cool slightly.
  5. Garnish with lime juice
