Recipe:Grilled Salmon and Bok Choy

Ingredients
- 1lb salmon fillet
- 1T Asian sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1T fresh ginger, minced
- 4 bok choy, halved
- 5T sake
- 0.25C soy sauce
Instructions
- Make a box for the salmon out of tin foil, and add the fish
- Rub with sesame oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and ginger. Cover with bok choy, drizzle with soy sauce and sake, and seal.
- Grill on medium-high, until salmon is opaque -- something like 25 minutes.
- Open foil to release steam, and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with lime juice
